Sometimes the most impactful projects are the ones that just make everyday life feel better. This family wanted a defined, safe space where their kids could play outside without wandering into the neighboring gravel drive or toward the street. No complicated ask - just a solid fence that does its job well.

We installed a full pressure-treated wood privacy fence along the yard's perimeter. Pressure-treated lumber is our go-to for ground-contact applications like this. It resists rot, insects, and moisture - which matters a lot when posts are set directly into the soil. This isn't the kind of fence you'll be pulling out and replacing in a few years.

The build features dog-ear pickets run tightly together with double horizontal rails on the interior side for added rigidity. That framing detail is what separates a fence that stays plumb and straight over time from one that starts leaning after the first hard rain. Clean lines on the outside, solid structure on the back.

What we ended up with is a backyard that actually works for this family. The kids' playhouse, sandbox, and splash pool now sit inside a clearly defined space. The parents get real peace of mind. That's the kind of outcome we're always going for - not just a good-looking finished product, but one that genuinely improves how you use your property.

Wood installation and repair is one of those services that seems simple on the surface, but the details matter a lot. Material selection, post depth, rail spacing, picket alignment - each piece of it adds up to either a fence that holds up or one that doesn't. We take that seriously on every job, big or small.
